Shipping Policy
Axxis Racing ships all our products via USPS second day Priority Service for a flat fee of $9.99 (up to 70lbs) This fee includes shipping insurance. Should the package be lost during transit, it will be covered and a replacement will be issued to you as soon as we receive confirmation from USPS that the package has been lost.
We will ship next and two day service via FedEx. We will charge the shipping charges plus $1.90 processing fee. We have a special pricing structure with FedEx, thus the shipping charges will be less than their advertised over the counter rates. We will give you the amount before shipping your package.
We ship INTERNATIONALLY via EMS Service. We will not send a package untill you are adviced of the shipping fees, and they are approved by you.
WE DO NOT SHIP COD PACKAGES.


Money Back Guarantee and Product Return Policy
We guarantee our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee for a period of 30 days from the date you receive the product. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, contact us for an RMA number in order to return your product. We will either return your money or exchange the product for one of the same quality or value. Please keep your invoce as it will be needed to obtain the RMA. Should you request your money back, we will do so as long as the item is in new condition.  We will refund the invoice amount minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling expenses payed by you. If you want an exchange, we will pay for the shipping charges to send the product to you via ground service. You are responsible for all shipping charges to get the product to Axxis Racing.
If you bought your products from a hobby shop, you must contact your hobby shop and make arrangements through them.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS -  Axxis Racing goes to great extents to ensure the quality, consistency, and performance of our products.
Although all possible QC tests and measures have been taken to assure this level of quality, there is always a slight possibility that a battery might not perform.  In such event, Axxis Racing will replace such item within the 30 day period.  YOU must send the entire pack to us for testing and analysis.  Once we find what is causing the problem and why, Axxis will advice you and take the proper response.  We will exchange defective cells as long as they are NOT DAMAGED by the user and the INVOICE is included with the request.  Overheating NiMh batteries while soldering or charging can destroy the cells.  We cannot guarantee against battery failure do to human error.  We can tell when this is the situation.  Every cell has a serial number and we keep a database with all pertinent information on each and every cell.  This level of QC will assure both the customer and Axxis Racing the best performing R/C batteries.  This will be used to compare the battery characteristics should battery failure arise.
Axxis Racing will work with it's customers in order to resolve any issue that might come up.  Customer Satisfaction is our Priority.


Custom Matching Return Policy
VoltaXX packs purchased under our CUSTOM Matching Program can be returned if you are not completely satisfied. However, they are subject to a 35% restocking fee. To return the product, follow the same procedures stated above.  Your INVOICE must be included and you have 10 days from receipt date.  Please contact us should ant issues arise.  We will work with you to resolve most issues.

QUALITY CONTROL
Axxis Racing has the stringiest quality control standards in the R/C industry. All our products are tested and inspected prior to shipping. BY continously upgrading our QC we can assure that our customers get the best possible R/C products.  Axxis Racing has  the most demanding QC Program in the r/c industry.

The Axxis Racing website is built around an order entry system (shopping cart) where you can place your orders.  The system is user friendly and self explanatory.  For your own safety, we use PayPal to process all payments. 
We accept all major credit cards, bank drafts, and PayPal money transfers.

Dealers and Distributors:

You can either phone your order to us at 303-400-1428 during business hours or e-mail us your order at sales@axxis-racing.com at any time.

We accept International Orders.  To place an order outside the U.S. please e-mail us a list of all the items you wish to purchase including your shipping information (so we can calculate shipping costs)  We will e-mail you back a total cost including USPS air-mail shipping.  You can either mail us a Bank check, money order, or use your credit card.  For credit card orders we will have to asses a 3% surge charge.

Axxis Racing wants to work with Dealers, Hobby Shops, and Distributors.  We will do everything  to protect your prices and profit margins.

Dealers that want to buy in quantity or under their own brand name, we can establish an OEM account.  We do have an OEM program for those who qualify.  Please contact us for additional information.

• You must specify the shipping address.  This is where you want your items shipped to.  Continue following the instructions and make your payment. 
• The Payment will be sent directly to us along with your order. 
• You will receive a payment notification email from PayPal.  Please keep this as a reference.  This is your proof of payment.

•  We will process all orders received before 3PM and we will e-mail you an itemized invoice. 
• Your package will be shipped within 24 hours.  The itemized invoice will be in  your package.  Please keep your invoice for warranty purposes.
